Return Policy
If the blouse or dress won't fit, the buyer cannot replace items as most sizes are of free size. The shop suggest for own alterations if possible.
If buyer insists on returning the item, we may allow depending on reason but shipping costs should be handled by buyer.
Defective items are for refund provided that customer ships back the item to the shop first. Shipping fees will be refunded. Defects and damages are limited to stitch holes and wrong cut but the shop does quality control before selling the items.
Defective items must be replaced within seven working days only. These items must be unworn.
SALE items are not for refund.
